Yes, you are qualifed if you are within the following category and conditional approvals will be given accordingly.

• Aged above 50 years old

If you are a  pensioner with monthly retirement of minimum RM 10,000 from Government Approved Fund. Conditional approval will be given with no Fixed Deposit needed.

Aged above 50 years old

If you havea monthly salary of minimum RM10,000,conditional approval will be given with requirement of RM150,000 Fixed Deposit. (Fixed Deposit of RM90,000 can be withdrawn for the purpose of purchasing properties, medical and education after one year)

Aged below 50 years old

If you have monthly salary of minimum RM10,000, conditional approval will be given with requirement of RM300,000 Fixed Deposit. (Fixed Deposit of RM240,000 can be withdrawn for the purpose of purchasing properties, medical and education  after one year)

You have purchased properties in Malaysia worth RM1 million.
Conditional approval will be given with requirement of RM60,000 Fixed Deposit.

Remaining Fixed Deposit can be withdrawn anytime when you decide to terminate the MM2H program.
